TIPOLOGIA DI FINITURA. ENTECH offre una vasta gamma di trattamenti superficiali in grado di rispondere in maniera intelligente alle necessità di ogni cliente. La gamma colori disponibile è direttamente correlata alla tecnologia di finitura impiegata. Le finiture - e quindi le colorazioni - vengono applicate ai prodotti che, in base alle necessità tecniche richieste, possono essere realizzati con differenti materie prime. Le materie prime che ENTECH utilizza sono: Ottone. L'ottone per pressofusione impiegato da ENTECH risponde alle norme UNI EN 1982, DIN 1709GKCuZn37 e ENCB753. L'ottone per stampaggio a caldo risponde invece alla norma UNI EN 12165CW617N. Acciaio inox. Si tratta di acciaio INOX AISI 304 UNI X8CrNi1910. Ha un'alta resistenza alla corrosione, all’acidità e all’abrasione. Se i prodotti in acciaio inox dovessero presentare tracce di ruggine, si tratta della cosiddetta ruggine aerea, vale a dire ruggine che si deposita sulla guarnitura a causa di un influsso ambientale. La ruggine aerea, come anche lo sporco dovuto a grasso, unto ed olio, può essere eliminata usando idonei detergenti per la casa. Zama. E' una lega costituita da zinco e stagno. Lo zinco impiegato è di tipo Zl0410 EN1774. N.b. Per tutti i prodotti non trattati con IS-PRO si raccomanda di evitare l’installazione in ambienti recentemente verniciati, dipinti o in cui siano stati usati solventi o acidi. TYPE OF FINISH. ENTECH offers a wide range of surface finishes that meet the needs of each client in smart manner. The range of available colors is directly correlated to the finish technology used. The finishes – and therefore also the colors – are applied using products that, based on the technical requirements needed, can be made using different raw materials. ENTECH uses the following raw materials: Brass. The die-cast brass used by ENTECH meets standards UNI EN 1982, DIN 1709GK-CuZn37 and ENCB753. Brass for hot forging meet the UNI EN 12165CW617N standard. Stainless steel. We use stainless steel AISI 304 UNI X8CrNi1910. It offers excellent resistance to rust, acids, and abrasions. If the stainless steel product shows traces of rust, this is so called “surface rust”, caused by deposits

on the finish due to environmental influences. The surface rust, like dirt due to grease, fats, and oils, can be eliminated using suitable home cleaners. Zama. This is a zinc-tin alloy. The zinc used is type Zl0410 EN1774. NOTE: Products not treated with IS-PRO should not be installed in recently painted areas, or areas where solvents or acids have been used.

IS-PRO – garanzia a VITA / LIFETIME guarantee ENTECH IS-PRO (Ion Shield Protection) è un trattamento esclusivo ENTECH basato sulla deposizione, applicata sottovuoto, di ioni metallici in forma gassosa. Il trattamento non richiede alcuna cromatura galvanica di base: ciò significa un impatto ambientale irrilevante e realmente ecologico. IS-PRO, attraverso un processo di ossidazione attivato in fase di deposizione, è in grado di sviluppare un'ampissima gamma cromatica, incluso l'effetto cromo lucido (ENTECH Cristal). Per le caratteristiche di non suscettibilità al degrado in microclimi particolarmente aggressivi (salsedine, piogge acide, umidità, escursioni termiche, esposizione ai raggi ultravioletti, ecc.), per la resistenza agli sgrassanti, ai solventi (liquidi e aerei), alle sostanze chimiche in generale e al sudore umano i prodotti trattati con IS-PRO sono indicati nell'installazione in ambienti ad alta intensità di passaggio sia interni (scuole, negozi, alberghi, industrie, ecc.) che esterni (aree marine, centri sportivi, ecc.). Ai rivestimenti IS-PRO è possibile associare specifici trattamenti sviluppati da ENTECH, in grado di incrementarne le caratteristiche antibatteriche. I prodotti così trattati si prestano perciò ad essere impiegati in ambienti in cui sia necessaria una particolare attenzione al controllo e all'eliminazione di agenti patogeni (ospedali, cliniche mediche, laboratori di analisi e ricerca, ecc.). I prodotti rivestiti con questa finitura non richiedono particolari attenzioni relative alla manutenzione. È sufficiente spolverarli bimestralmente con un panno morbido e umido. Tutti i prodotti trattati con IS-PRO sono garantiti a vita. Prestazioni − Azione antibatterica (trattamento solo su specifica richiesta del cliente: i tempi di consegna per prodotti con tale caratteristica variano a seconda dell'ordine effettuato); − esente da cromatura galvanica per garantire il rispetto dell'ambiente; − processo di protezione superficiale IS-PRO 100% ecologico e con impatto ambientale irrilevante; − senza limitazione nell'ottenimento di tonalità di colorazioni metalliche, incluso l'effetto cromo lucido (ENTECH Cristal). Prove di laboratorio − Altissima resistenza all'usura: dalle due alle tre volte più elevata del cromo (durezza: HV 2500/3000 Vickers); − resistenza in nebbia salina senza subire alterazioni superficiali: oltre 4000 ore (ISO 9227-ASTMB117DIN50021); − resistenza ai raggi UV senza alterazioni cromatiche o di lucentezza: oltre 2400 ore (norme UNI 9397); − resistenza illimitata all'acido muriatico e ai solventi in generale (test MEK effettuato con metiletilchetone); − resistenza illimitata ai prodotti utilizzati per la pulizia delle superfici e a quelli anticalcare. ENTECH IS-PRO (Ion Shield Protection) is an exclusive ENTECH finish based on the deposition of gaseous metal ions, applied under vacuum. The finish does not require any base galvanic chrome finish. This means that the environmental impact is very low and that it is really ecological. Through a process of active oxidation during deposition, IS-PRO can develop a wide color range, including the shiny chrome effect (ENTECH Cristal). Thanks to its feature of resistance to decay in particularly aggressive micro-climates (saline, acid rain, humidity, variations in temperature, exposure to UV rays, etc.), resistance to grease removers, solvents (both liquid and airborne), chemical agents in general and human sweat, the products treated with IS-PRO are particularly suitable for high-intensity traffic areas, both interior (schools, shops, hotels, industry, etc.) and exterior (marinas, sports centers, etc.).

It’s possible to associate at IS-PRO specific treatment develop by ENTECH capable to increase the anti-bacterial effects. The products treated with those feature are suitable for installation in environments which requires special attention to the control and elimination of pathogens (hospitals, medical clinics, research and analysis laboratories, etc). Products with this finish do not require any special maintenance. They only require cleaning every two month with a soft, damp rag. All IS-PRO treated products have a lifetime guarantee. Performance − Anti-bacterial (this treatment is done only on specific requirement: the delivery time for products with this specific feature will be confirm for each order); − no galvanic chroming required, protecting the environment; − IS-PRO protection: 100% ecological with very low environmental impact; − no limitations to metal color tones, including shiny chrome (ENTECH Crystal). PVD – garanzia 20 anni / 20 years guarantee ENTECH PVD è un trattamento di superficie basato sulla tecnologia di deposizione fisica da vapore (Physical Vapor Deposition) in grado di costituire attorno ai prodotti trattati un film di protezione capace di difenderli da agenti atmosferici e da usura per un periodo minimo di 20 anni. Il rivestimento assicura una resistenza in nebbia salina per oltre 2000 ore senza alcuna alterazione superficiale (ISO 9227- ASTMB117- DIN50021). Per la pulizia di prodotti trattati con questa finitura è sufficiente l'impiego di un panno morbido e umido. Tutti i prodotti trattati con PVD sono garantiti 20 anni. ENTECH PVD is a surface finish based on physical vapor deposition, capable of creating a protective film around products that defends them from atmospheric agents and wear for a minimum of 20 years. STEEL-P – garanzia 10 anni / 10 years guarantee ENTECH STEEL-P è un processo di lucidatura o satinatura meccanica impiegato esclusivamente con i prodotti in acciaio. Le caratteristiche di resistenza intrinseca alla corrosione e all'usura delle leghe ferro-carbonio vengono così esasperate al fine di offrire la massima protezione possibile. Per la pulizia di prodotti trattati con questa finitura è sufficiente l'impiego di un panno morbido e umido. Tutti i prodotti STEEL-P sono garantiti 10 anni. ENTECH STEEL-P is a mechanical polishing/satin-finish process used exclusively for steel products. The intrinsic rust and wear resistance of the iron-carbon alloys are heightened in order to provide the maximum possible protection. Products treated with this finish only need be cleaned using a damp soft rag. All STEEL-P products have a 10 year guarantee.

CR-ZERO – garanzia 2 anni / 2 years guarantee ENTECH CR-ZERO è un processo di cromatura in cui, alla fine del bagno galvanico, il cromo depositato sui pezzi ha valenza 0 (Cr0) cioé è presente in uno stato che risulta totalmente innocuo per la salute dell'uomo. Il processo mantiene inalterate le caratteristiche di lucentezza, inossidabilità e resistenza alla corrosione tipiche della cromatura esavalente (Cr6) o trivalente (Cr3). Tutti i prodotti trattati con CR-ZERO sono garantiti 2 anni. ENTECH CR-ZERO is a chromium-plating process in which the chromium depositing on the part after galvanisation has valence 0 (Cr0), meaning it is present in a state that is totally harmless for human health. ECO COATING – garanzia 2 anni / 2 years guarantee ENTECH ECO COATING è attualmente uno dei sistemi di verniciatura esistenti più ecologico (96% acqua) e a minor impatto ambientale. Il processo è basato sul principio della cataforesi, cioé un trattamento superficiale di verniciatura in grado di conferire a elementi prodotti in materiale elettricamente conduttore una notevole resistenza alla corrosione; è caratterizzato dal deposito uniforme di una resina epossidica o acrilica sulla superficie dell'elemento, assicurando per lungo tempo una straordinaria protezione nei confronti degli agenti chimici e di altri tipi di attacchi, permettendo inoltre una migliore adesione a eventuali vernici di finitura. Il rivestimento offre una resistenza alla corrosione per oltre 1500 ore in nebbia salina. Per la pulizia di prodotti trattati con questa finitura è sufficiente l'impiego di un panno morbido e umido. Tutti i prodotti trattati con ECO COATING sono garantiti 2 anni. ENTECH ECO COATING is one of the most ecological painting systems (96% water) that exist currently, with minimum environmental impact. GARANZIA MECCANICA / MECHANICAL GUARANTEE A condizione che siano state osservate le rispettive istruzioni di montaggio e manutenzione, ENTECH concede una garanzia di 10 anni sulla funzione meccanica per tutte le maniglie di porte e finestre, superando abbondantemente il periodo di garanzia di 2 anni stabilito dal Codice Civile Italiano. I prodotti ENTECH vengono controllati effettuando numerose prove di qualità che testano la loro perfetta funzionalità nel tempo. A seconda del tipo di prodotto, vengono eseguite prove di carico dinamiche e statiche che simulano le condizioni reali di sollecitazioni. In tutti i casi le condizioni di prova ENTECH sono notevolmente più severe delle rispettive Direttive DIN EN 1906.

Under the condition that the instructions for installation and maintenance have been observed, ENTECH offers a 10 year guarantee for the mechanical function of all door and window handles, exceeding the period of two years established by the Italian Civil Code. ENTECH products are subject to numerous quality inspections that test their perfect functionality over time. The EN 1906 standard defines the test method requirements, on a European level, for door handles and knobs. It defines eight parameters that classify the characteristics and performance of each product analyzed. This classification therefore allows for objective comparative analysis among similar products. La lettera identifica la riga di riferimento su cui trovare le specifiche tecniche di quel particolare prodotto.
