At Daraga, Near At Ilawod Cafe

Term: 2022 | 3rd year First Semester

Supervision: Prof. Ar. Oliver Christopher Landagan, UAP

It is a Two-Storey Apartment building, it is located in Daraga Near Ilawod Cafe. The owner wanted a separate private apartment on the ground floor of the building which has four units on the second floor with a fire exit for each unit. They also wanted balconies for each unit and a terrace for all occupants on the second floor. In addition, the client wanted a roof deck that the occupants could also relax on.

This is a midterm requirement in the first semester of 3rd-year college. This is where the professor assigns us to create an apartment with detailed plans using AutoCAD.

It is a Two-Storey Residential building, it is located in Daraga, Jaucian Village Phase 1. The owner wanted a separate private apartment on the ground floor with motorcycle parking and the building has four units on the second floor with a corridor for the units. They also wanted balconies for each unit and a terrace for all occupants on the second floor. In addition, the client wished for a roof deck that the occupants could also use for parties.

This is a Final plate in the second semester of 3rdyear college. This is where the professor assigns us to create a 2-storey residential with detailed plans using Revit.

The proposed development is titled"an eco-tourism beachfront resort" the main lot has a medium slope terrain from the provincial road facing the sea and abundant sambus rotundifolius (anahaw), bambusoideae (bamboo), and other vegetation. the lot has a sustainable underground water and classified as the unsaturated zone. with this, it is inviting to design an eco-tourism beachfront resort. the concept material should use local and vernacular materials and a minimal adaptation of concrete to be implemented. it is recommended also that the proposed project spare an area for future development. the proposed project should occupy the 5,000 sq.m. only.

Part: Private Family Residential Resort

It is a Private Family Residential Resort that can occupy 4-8 pax. The location has a majestic view of Mayon Volcano and can access nearby necessities. The design covers the modernistic approach and has a private pool and a covered patio.

Designed using Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, PhotoShop, and Canva.

At Makati Cry (Metropolitan Manila Area)

Term: 2024 | 4rd year Second Semester

Supervision: Prof. Ar. Rene Halcon, UAP, MSArch

A Developer has decided that its two thousand square meter (2,000.0 SqM) property located in Makati Cry (Metropolitan Manila Area), shall hast a High-rise Office Condominium building (the “Project”). Only four (4.0) types of real estate products shall be provided by the Developer and these are all office units with Gross Floor Area (GA) measurements of; 1. Thirty square meters (30.0 SqM); 2) Sixty (60.0) SqM; 3) Ninety (90.0) SqM; and 4) One hundred twenty (120.0) SqM.
