Make final decisions and offer contracts Local participation improves the quality of the finished project because, simply put, people care about their community. Local subcontractors have a vested interest in building a great school for their community because their neighbors, families and children will use the building for years to come. The key to gaining the best local subcontractors is understanding the skills and capabilities they bring to the table... and we are able to do that.

If they must be called back to fix a problem, they are willing and eager to help. Rarely, are their any issues that cannot be overcome with good, old-fashion team work and communication.
