DOGU
Clay figurines, called dogu (土 偶) in Japanese, have been found at Jomon settlements and stone circles. They may have represented goddesses or spirits and been used in rituals and ceremonies.
Imagine you were making a dogu to leave as an offering or a gift to someone important. How would you decorate it? Draw the outline of a dogu when you get home and then decorate it.
