Both events will be held rain or shine at Buchanan Park, located at the corner of Buchanan and Race avenues, Lancaster. Recovery Rocks, a music festival celebrating recovery from addiction, will start things off on Saturday, Aug. 25, from 1 to 6 p.m. Live music will be performed by Rick’s One Man Band, Apes of the State, Bad Luck Charms, and Half Past Dead. Admission, along with games and activities for children, will be free of charge. Food trucks will be on-site selling refreshments.
