PASTA DINNER
Brickerville United Lutheran Church, 340 E. 28th Division Highway, Lititz, will host a spaghetti supper on Saturday, March 21. Dinner will be served from 4 to 6 p.m. The cost will be by donation. LADIES’ LUNCHEON
Lancaster Christian Women’s Club will host a luncheon at noon on Wednesday, April 1, at the Bent Creek Country Club, 620 Bent Creek Drive, Lititz. The program will feature a 1915 real photo postcard set presented by club member Brian Frankhouser. The postcard competition will be a postcard folder. The meeting is open to the public. Revelations of Freedom Ministries (ROFM) will hold its eighth annual banquet at Shady Maple Banquet Center, 129 Toddy Drive, East Earl, on Thursday, April 9. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6 p.m. The keynote speaker will be Don Wilkerson, co-founder of Teen Challenge. There will also be testimonies from men whose lives have been changed by Christ through ROFM. Small Cast - BIG Message LBC Prepares To Stage “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown” By Ann Mead Ash
“If I was getting the abuse Charlie Brown gets from friends and (his sister), Sally, I would not be as even keeled and tempered as he is,” shared David Felty. “I would be upset. (But Charlie Brown) stays the course and is true to his character and, in the end, even Lucy, his biggest nemesis, realizes that he is a great guy.” Felty is advising Lancaster Bible College (LBC) junior Cassidy Wray Martin, who is directing the production of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” The play will be
staged in the Good Shepherd Chapel at LBC, 901 Eden Road, Lancaster, on Friday, April 3, at 7 p.m.; Saturday, April 4, at 2 and 7 p.m.; and Sunday, April 5, at 2 p.m. LBC senior Kayla Velasquez is choreographing with advice from Heather Grayberg. “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” was written in 1967 by Clark Gesner and is a musical based on the “Peanuts” cartoons created by Charles M. Schulz. The show consists of various vignettes to stage a typical day in the life of Charlie Brown, along with his dog, Snoopy. Characters such as Schroeder, Lucy, and Linus all make appearances, with a number of group songs to tie the narrative together. Girls on the Run (GOTR) of Lancaster and Lebanon is living up to its name with a busy spring schedule, which is keeping organizers on the run. GOTR will launch its spring season on Monday, March 16; the organization will hold a
scholarship fundraising banquet on Friday, April 17; and the first GOTR summer camp program will be held from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26. This year’s season will include 100 teams in school districts in Lancaster and Lebanon counties using two different curriculums. The program, designed See GOTR pg 7

Clifford the Big Red Dog will be held from 6:30 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, at the Strasburg Fire Company, 203 Franklin St., Strasburg. The buffet-style meal will feature pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, homefries, orange juice, tea, and coffee.
