Why use a Designer? Using a designer will make sure your project runs smoothly, cost effectively and the end result is stunning. Anyone refurbishing a property cannot afford to make costly mistakes on interiors or exteriors. A little creative investment goes a long way in avoiding these mistakes and making sure your project has a professional finish. We handle the design admin. A large part of the design process is written specification, procurement, order chasing and arranging deliveries. Design and building work is time consuming. It is our job to put in the time to make sure that every detail of your project is considered. If you want to make a design statement we will show you how. It might just take one large work of art or a particular light to add the wow factor.

We provide you with professionally laid out interiors which can be managed from start to finish. Plug points are in well thought through locations. Lighting functions and looks beautiful. Our job is sourcing and knowing the insider places to buy the most exclusive designer products, at the best price. We love making bespoke artwork and furnishings and can come up with the design of your dreams. We can work with your builder or architect to provide detailed specifications sheets for each trade. If you want your home/project/investment to stand out then using a designer will make sure you do not fall foul of fleeting trends or invest in a look which is just going out of style. Our designs are set to impress and endure. We are creative! We live and breathe design! We spend every day looking at and living with interior design.

Unique Kitchens & Bathrooms We work with our suppliers to create for you the most ergonomic and functional living space. We are constantly seeking new products and designer finishes to make our interiors stand out in the market. Whether we are designing for a commercial or private client we are always aware of budget and find that sourcing the unique does not have to mean more expensive.

Into the Light

We challenge ourselves to find natural light source for our clients. This flat had low ceilings and was going to be very dark, we exposed the beams to allow extra ceiling height plus installing skylights made the interior incredibly light and airy.

Property Developments New build homes with a difference. A little extra thought goes a long way in designing inspiring interiors for todays discerning buyer. For this development of 6 unique luxury flats and commercial space in SE1 we incorporated exposed brickwork and ducting into our design. The end result was an industrial style interior which retains the warmth of home.

Even awkward spaces can become works of art

CGI of new project; Kings Mews Brixton consists of 4 new build modernist homes. Due for completion late 2017. We will be working alongside the developer and architect to provide all interior architecture, staircases, FF&E, lighting, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, gardens and show house. Interior above designed by Claire Bloom Interiors.

Life is a Stage Refurbishment and staging for sale or rental. We adeptly transform properties without overspending on unnecessary works. Procuring all interior furnishings and accessories. This property in Kensington underwent a dramatic makeover within a short space of time and had a new tenant as soon as we completed.

Portfolio Clients For our developers and portfolio clients we arrange furniture solutions within a set budget. These flats in Essex had been sticking on the market until we dressed the space. The large open plan interior lacked character. We made some small decorative changes and fully furnished the rooms to create zones and make the space flow. We always make sure that our show homes look like a ‘home’ rather than being overly staged, we want to make rooms look comfortable, as though they can be lived in.

We make the ordinary extraordinary–exceptional new build homes with character. Above is one of 4 houses designed by Claire Bloom Interiors for Falconet Property Development. All 4 house sold within weeks of hitting the market. Completed February 2016

Urban Living and Small Space Gardens

Claire Bloom Interiors also works on outside space. Here we brought the outside in with bi-folding doors and raised decking. For lighting we designed a scheme which brings the garden to life for evening entertaining.

Private Clients & Family Homes When our clients come to us to design their ‘forever’ home we understand that their needs will be different from our commercial clients. Making a lifetime investment takes a sensitive approach. We are happy to help private clients with their decision making processes, whether this is changing one room, adding a new extension or just changing the colour scheme we are able to provide design advice to suit your requirements.

Hotel Refurbishment Pembridge Square Notting Hill This originally chintzy 20 bedroom hotel in Notting Hill underwent a major refurbishment and restyle. Our brief was to find a way to upgrade the design on a set budget. By sourcing carefully we were able to give the hotel a completely new look. The main areas of concern were the bar and breakfast area, front reception plus the larger bedrooms and suites. In addition to the interiors we worked with our client on the rebrand and exterior design of the hotel, creating ‘curb appeal’ and a fresh new image.
