Your Ranch and Recreation Expert

A born entrepreneur, Jim started his first company in 1994, less than a year after graduating from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He has started four other companies and helped build WorldCast Anglers into the largest fly-fishing outfitter in the United States. He was a big-game hunting guide in Wyoming for 15 years, a member of the United States Fly Fishing Team, and a competitor in two world championships.

Jim’s passion for real estate is in helping his clients buy and sell ranch and recreational properties in eastern Idaho and western Wyoming. With decades of experience with ranch properties, Jim knows how complicated the process of buying and selling these properties can be, and he knows how to work smoothly and skillfully with his clients toward a successful transaction. Multiple stakeholders, government agencies, mineral and water rights, animal and fish habitats, and millions of dollars in the balance are some of the many moving parts of this real estate segment. Jim’s experience gives his clients a competitive advantage in understanding both ranch and recreational and luxury residential real estate.
