Residential Housing at Kinsealy Lane

A selection of impressive large detached residences situated in Kinsealy, on the outskirts of Malahide. energystore TLA® 200 Grade was used for this project as a replacement for the traditional concrete sub-floor.

Superior Floor screed installed energystore TLA® and 48 hours the underfloor heating was installed. The compacted concrete layer was then applied another 48 hours making the floor solution completely finished in the space of a week.
