Your Personal Spa By: Anja Lavigne

With many of us being stuck at home in the past year or maybe even more, we have been making more and more use of all of the spaces in our homes. The bathrooms are no exception. This room has evolved over centuries. The notion of the bathroom as a sanctuary has really become front and centre, one of our self care spaces; your very own spa. Creating a luxurious space that feels uplifting and peaceful is a huge benefit to our wellbeing.

The energy of this space varies and keeping it clean is key to creating a high positive frequency. It is usually the smallest room in a home but also holds various functions. cleaners typically don't contain synthetic dyes, chlorine bleach, ammonia and other harmful ingredients. Instead, they use powerful components from nature to zap germs, destroy soap scum, combat hard water stains and remove mildew. A great natural way to clean the toilet bowl is to add 1/4 cup of baking soda with two drops of thieves essential oil, stir with the toilet brush, let it sit for a couple of minutes and then clean.
