Making the most out of your advert
Your advertising package includes full use of our design studio to aid in the production of your promotional materials. Please read on for guidelines of what we can help with and what we need from you to do it. Alternatively, you can send us your print-ready files and we will use those directly.
DESIGN STUDIO
If you wish us to design your advert, please send high resolution images and logos. A good quality image will appear clear when viewed on your screen and will usually have a large disc size (over 500kB). File formats we accept are: JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF, TIF, EPS, SVG, AI, PSD.
YOUR ARTWORK
We accept print-ready artwork in high resolution PDF format, and we cannot guarantee the print quality of anything else. We will advise you on the best thing to do if we think the artwork won’t print well.
We are happy to see your ideas about your advert layed out in Word, Powerpoint, or similar, and we will use your guidelines when designing your advert.
Please also attach Advert or images directly to your email rather than just embedding them in a Word document.
Please note that most scans and photos do not result in high quality images.

Dimensions: 92mm wide x 138mm tall.
Due to its size, we can only fit a limited amount of information in this type of ad. We recommend that the text of the advert doesn’t exceed 25 words and that the contact details refer to only your head office or most relevant branch.
HALF PAGE ADVERT
Dimensions: 188mm wide x 138mm tall
Includes a 100 word editorial that will be displayed separately on the same page (an extra quarter page of space). Use a striking image in the advert to draw people’s attention and then use the editorial to further describe your company and your relationship with the company you are supporting through this advert.
FULL PAGE ADVERT
Dimensions: 210mm wide x 297mm tall
(Please include 3mm bleed on all sides and no crop marks for readymade DPS ads).
Allow a margin of 15mm on all sides with no text or important graphic elements.
