Terms and conditions: To take advantage of the Vivacity lifestyle membership scheme, you must be referred by your GP or healthcare professional. You can only be part of the lifestyle membership scheme once, unless authorised by a Senior Manager at Vivacity. When signing up for the lifestyle membership, you must commit to a standard membership at Vivacity after the 3 month programme period. Therefore you must provide your direct debit information. You can cancel your standard membership at any time.
