Branded Kettle Design

Develop an understanding of a brand and the market in order to design an electric kettle with accurate brand language and successful design features.

At Haden, everything is designed with in depth with rigorous attention to detail

At Haden, all products are designed as a part of a collection. As a product design company founded on the electric kettle, all collections have a kettle aside from the ‘Cotswold’ collection. Thus, we designed a kettle to fit into the Cotswold collection.

Slice Tape Dispenser

Tape Dispenser Design

Develop a tape dispenser design with a form inspired by a being in nature. The design should be minimalist scandinavian.

Magnetic connectors help maintain clean edges.

Clean chop through base material

Consideration of multiple materials

Smooth surface with geometrysimple

Pulling the slice chamfer to the edge with a slight reveal strikes curiosity in the user to flip the dispenser over and see the details.

Magnet connection points for reliable connections and quick access for changing tape rolls

Simple 2-piece assembly

Weight inside for landing position when sat on domed side
