Mark Nitrogen focuses on consistently producing the highest quality products, providing dedicated service to our customers, and maintaining a safe and environmentally friendly facility. By concentrating our resources on these key objectives, TradeMark Nitrogen will continue to be a leading manufacturer of nitrogen based agricultural and industrial products in the United States. TradeMark Nitrogen operates on a customer focused philosophy. Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days every year in order to facilitate the needs of our customer. With more than 30 years of experience in the fertilizer industry, our highly trained staff has earned a reputation for reliability and performance. TradeMark Nitrogen is positioned to meet the demands that are required in a changing and expanding environment.

Serving Customers in the USA and Abroad for Over 30 Years TradeMark Nitrogen Corp., a privately owned company, operates a nitric acid and ammonium nitrate solution facility in Tampa, Florida. The plant is located approximately 7 miles from the Port of Tampa and is only a few miles from Interstate 75, Interstate 4, State Highway 60 and State Highway 301. The majority of TradeMark’s sales occur in Florida. However, some of our products are sold out of state as far away as California and New York, and across the borders, both north into Canada and south into Central and South America. TradeMark’s business is built around the Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate solution facilities. The nominal capacity of the acid plant is 44,000 short tons of Nitric Acid on a 100% HNO3 basis or 60,000 short tons of Ammonium Nitrate Solution on a 100% AN basis. Both Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate Solution are used to manufacture other

core products including: 21% AN, 24% AN, 29% AN, 30% AN, Magnesium Nitrate, Manganese Nitrate, Zinc Nitrate and 32 UAN. TradeMark’s strategic location in Tampa, Florida allows them to be competitive in Florida’s agricultural sector as well as the Industrial markets in Florida and various points throughout the Southeastern United States. In Florida’s Agricultural market, our products are blended into liquid NPK solutions, used in foliar applications and are also run through fertigation systems. They are sold through our retail customers to the growers for direct application onto citrus, vegetables, horticulture, and turf applications. An essential aspect of our business is the ability to supply our customers in each of these markets with high quality products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days every year.

TradeMark Nitrogen’s plant was built by Southern Nitrogen Corp. which

originally included a Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN) granulator. Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp. eventually purchased all of Southern Nitrogen’s assets and decided to shut down the CAN granulator and sell nitric acid and ammonium nitrate into the agriculture market creating the foundation for which TradeMark Nitrogen’s business is built on today.
