activity book book activity At Sprouts, we want to help you stay healthy and have fun outside! By staying healthy, your body will feel energized everyday and prevent diabetes. Diabetes is a disease that makes the cells in your body feel tired and sick from an increase of sugar and body weight. We want to help you prevent diabetes, so we provided a few activies to teach you how to eat healthy and exercise daily. In addition, we'll teach you about diabetes and give you the power to spread the word about diabetes and its effects.
