Hi friend! I’m Emily Ley—a wife, a mom to three very busy kids, a bestselling author, a podcaster, and the founder of Simplified by Emily Ley. I started this company in 2008 designing stationery and paper goods, and in 2011 my first son, Brady, was born. I was an overwhelmed new mom trying to do and be it all and desperately needed a way to organize my time and my life. The Simplified Planner was born that same year (you know what they say, necessity is the mother of invention) and since then our brand has grown and evolved to offer a host of beautiful, purposeful tools to equip, empower, and inspire busy women to simplify their lives.

We are thrilled to be reopening our wholesale program and are so glad you and your business will be a part of it! ABOUT OUR BRAND

Emily Ley created The Simplified Planner out of a deep personal need for a simple, easy-to-use day planner to help keep her life organized. Though our flagship product is still utilized by tens of thousands of women worldwide every year, Simplified by Emily Ley has grown far beyond being just a planner company or a brand of beautiful office products. We create tactical tools, lifestyle products, and helpful resources that equip, inspire, and empower busy women to simplify their lives so they can focus on what truly matters most. We believe wholeheartedly that margin matters, that simple is best, and that there is more to life than overwhelm.

Nearly 15 years later, Emily is now a busy entrepreneur, bestselling author, podcaster, wife, and mom of three, and continues to inspire women in all seasons with her expertise in organization, planning, and simplicity.

ONLINE SALES

Please note, pre-orders of Simplified Planners are not allowed before they are in hand. Minimum Simplified Planner retail price is $64 for Daily editions and $54 for Weekly editions. Brick-and-mortar stores must receive separate approval for their online shops. Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, and other thirdparty online sales are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate any partnerships who fail to comply with this policy.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

$250 minimum for opening orders, $150 minimum for reorders. Orders can be placed by phone or email. Payments can be made by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). All payments are processed at the time of shipment. Please inquire if you are interested in Net30 terms (existing customers only). Orders can be placed via email to brittany@emilyley.com.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs are charged at the time of order shipment and will be included in your final invoice. All paid orders will ship the next business day unless otherwise noted. If you prefer a later shipping date, please let us know upon placing your order. Please note that freight orders or special shipping requests require additional processing time. Any international duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns are approved on a case-by-case basis and must be made and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. Simplified will issue a return shipping label. Cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. All product must be unused and in the original packaging.

DISPLAY & PACKAGING

Simplified Planners, Dapperdesk Planners, Baby Books, Big Kid Books, and Wedding Planners, Trinket Trays, and Mugs may be displayed outside of their keepsake boxes. All other products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.

Created in partnership with our friend Erin Loechner (founder of Other Goose), this undated planner was designed to serve and support our community of friends who embark upon the wonderful and unique journey of homeschooling. In 2014, while very pregnant with her twins Caroline and Tyler, Emily designed the Story of You Baby Book — a product near and dear to our hearts. She’d searched high and low for a baby book for all three of her children that was simple, classic, and special. She wanted a baby book that not only looked beautiful but offered prompts and fill-in-the-blank pages to pull the thoughts and memories out of her sleepdeprived heart and onto something that could be cherished for years to come. The Baby Book features 64 pages (32 front and back) of colorful design, gold foil detailing and precious prompts — all packaged in a binder-style book (perfect for removing and adding pages depending on each child’s unique story) in a white and gold keepsake box.
