This is the entire process of my Thesis Comprehensive Project (a year long project) from The University of Oregon in the Interior Architecture Masters Program.
Geared towards the creative individual, DOCSPACE is a co-working production hub for freelancers located in downtown Eugene, Oregon.
As a start to this project, I assessed the concept of the popular trend of co-working. So what is Co-working? Co-working is described as a style of work that involves a shared working environment, often an office, and independent activity. Unlike in a typical office environment, those co-working are usually not employed by the same organization. Simply, a combined group of unique individuals from different backgrounds all working under one roof.
(This is a "fictious" project, but utilized the aspect of reality in the way of building documentation, case studies, and precedents, interviews, in depth research, written proposals, etc.)
