Developer aims to build 400 homes
DEVELOPERS have revealed plans for a “village” estate close to the motorway at Lyde Green. Edward Ware Homes intends to build 398 homes on the site between Henfield Road, the M4 and the cycle track. The development, if approved, will include 159 three-bedroom houses, with the rest a mix of one-bedroom flats, two-bedroom flats and houses, and houses with four or five bedrooms.
