Add a couple hand-cut ice cubes to a Collins glass.
2 ounces rye whiskey
with a cocktail spoon to combine. Top with the seltzer,
1/2 ounce organic ginger liqueur 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice 4 ounces seltzer
Pour the rye whiskey over the ice, and then add the ginger liqueur, followed by the lemon juice. Stir gently and finish with a dash or two of the aromatic bitters. Serve with a straw.
