David is a lifelong steward of the sea and the driving force behind On The Hook TV. A certified diver, expert angler, great cook, and seasoned boater, his life is anchored in saltwater adventure.

A Massachusetts native, David grew up immersed in the waters of New England—stretching from Cape Cod to the Gulf of Maine. His fishing résumé is as deep as the ocean itself, with experience ranging from commercial Bluefin Tuna and Striped Bass fishing to chasing pelagic giants in the Northeast Canyons. His travels have taken him to some of the most remote fishing hotspots on Earth, including Costa Rica, Panama, Cabo San Lucas, the Galápagos Islands and more.

But David isn’t just a fisherman—he’s a storyteller, a family man, and an entertainer. As a husband and father of two sons, he’s passed down his love for the sea, creating a family legacy centered around boating, fishing, and coastal living.

Known for his quick wit and effortless on-camera presence, David injects humor, heart, and authenticity into every episode. It’s a formula that earned On The Hook TV a decade-long run on New England Sports Network (NESN) from 2003–2013, along with multiple Telly Awards and a loyal viewership to this day.
