What you can expect

The Team Culture Workshop is the starting point for your journey: The goal is that you are able to talk about your team culture and to start influencing it.

Fundamental understanding of team culture in general and a first overview over your own culture.

The goal is that you can pick up ideas and inspiration how your team could start to reshape its culture.

An whole new team culture and an instant change of the way you collaborate due to the 1½ day workshop.

We use Mural's digital work space for exercises and group work.

Meeting & Workshop Rules

Important: Remote Work needs different rules that collaboration in the same room.

Quiet Environment we pay attention to a quiet environment, use a headset and mute it if necessary.

Use Video we turn on our camera so that we can see each other and communicate more naturally.

Reduce Distractions we close emails and notifications so that we are not constantly distracted.

Remind Latency There are often technical delays.

We therefore let each other speak and remain patient.

Work together No one finds solutions on their own. We all work together. No Spectators.

Timekeeping We use timeboxing and stick to the specified time.
