Users have mentioned that their Cox mail account are getting blocked. Comcast does blocks the account in certain circumstances. If there are unusual activity going on in the account, if the account has not been used for a long time, the account will be blocked automatically. Now in order to get back blocked account users will have to follow some easy steps which are mentioned below. Head to Cox mail login. In Sign in section look for Forget password. Then a new page will be loaded where email address must be entered. Then wait for a code to be sent at secondary mail.
