Change in Waste Collection Provider GN/EL/2406/1122 08 November 2022 To all residents of Emirates living Dear Resident, As part of our commitment to a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment, we would like to announce that there is a change in the community waste collection service provider to Dulsco LLC. The waste collection days remain the same for all communities in Emirates Living, as in the attached schedule. Things to remember • The service provider will collect general household waste and recyclable waste from the bins located within the premises of your villa. • Please note that green waste, household junk and/or construction waste are not part of this collection. • In case of old and worn-out garbage bins, it is the resident’s responsibility to replace the bin by contacting 800 EMAAR (36227). • Waste collection services are occasionally discontinued if there are outstanding community service fees against the property. Please contact us on 800 EMAAR (36227) for details on your account or to enquire further. • For 24/7 assistance for waste collection services, please contact Dulsco on 800 WASTE (92783). We request your support and patience during this transition.
