LANDSCAPING

Any requests for landscape maintenance must be directed to ECM (Emaar Community Management) at communities@ecm.ae – not directly to the golf club. ECM will log the request with the golf course maintenance team and based on

feasibility and estimated scheduling, a confirmation email will be sent. Private gardeners are not authorised to carry out any work on the golf course. Dumping of private household and landscape waste within the golf course grounds is prohibited and the club reserves the right to fine violators. Please do not operate or interfere with golf course irrigation fixtures at any time. Violators will be fined and the matter may be escalated to local authorities.
SAFETY

Entry to the golf course for the purpose of playing golf, is restricted to members and their guests. Please avoid strolling onto the course. Golf balls (usually travelling at over 160 kph) and golf buggies can cause serious injury. Walking pets on the golf course is not allowed. Operation of bicycles, motor cycles and private golf buggies within the golf course grounds is prohibited. The golf club does not accept any liability for damage to persons or property that may result from golf balls. This is one of the risks that a householder assumes when purchasing a property bordering a golf course.
