Here’s a section for your home, pets, and property to ensure a peaceful, safe and clean community.
SUMMERTIME & PETS
KEEP IT CLEAN
• Pets with white-colored ears and short-nosed pets are prone to summer-related health risks. Limit exercise time outdoors. • Please pick up after your pets. • No excessive barking. Please respect your neighbours. • While travelling, ensure that pets are safely relocated to avoid distress.
• Please use waste bags that fit the chute door and ensure there is no spillage. • Bulky/large items, liquid, or hazardous waste are not to be disposed of through the chute. • Items left in the common areas or corridors are a fire hazard and hindrance. Keep your community clutter-free for a safe exit during an emergency.
RESPECT OTHERS
BALCONY ETIQUETTE
• Photography at the pool encroaches upon others’ privacy. Tuck those cameras away. • Loud parties or noisy work are not allowed after 10 pm. Be considerate.
• Avoid storing items on the balcony. External structures are not permitted. • Plants can be placed on balconies. Be mindful of the community aesthetics.
PARKING ETIQUETTE • Keep your parking bay free of stored items. • Do not misuse the visitor parking bays.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES • Please do not bring children under 13 to the gym. Children aged 13 to 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. • Amenities are designated to different age groups keeping in mind safety and wellbeing of all residents.

Have an electrical specialist check your home’s circuits to avoid potential mishaps.
Never leave water heaters switched on for long hours to avoid overheating, leakage or breakdown. A routine inspection is helpful.
Your AC unit is working hard this summer. Notice any abnormal noise from the fan coil unit? Get a service provider right away to check it out.
Going away for a while? Maintain your AC at an optimal temperature to avoid water consideration through the chilled water network. It could cause damages to home interiors, mold formation, and electrical failure from high humidity.
Unclog your drains regularly to avoid water leakage into your home or homes below you.
