Dear Resident,

We are excited to announce a convenient and efficient way for you to settle your outstanding Customer Service Fee (CSF) payments, through a new payment option- WhatsApp; making it easier than ever to manage your CSF payments.

How to Make Payments through WhatsApp:

Scan QR Code or click on the link https://wa.link/ccjnbc to open Emaar WhatsApp channel.

Authenticate: Authenticate by entering the OTP received in your email ID and view your property details.

Payment Request: Our automated system will guide you through the payment process once you request for outstanding payments. Simply follow the prompts to proceed with payment securely.

Confirmation: You will receive a payment confirmation message once your transaction is successful. You will also receive payment reminders with details, such as the payment amount and due date, ensuring that you are informed and up to date. This Instant Payment Option will ease and ensure your CSF payment instantly with a few taps on your smart device.

Please note that alternative payment methods through the Emaar One app, web portals and bank transfers, and in person payments at our office, will still be available for those who prefer this option.
