To all residents of The Greens & Views,
Dear Resident, As a community, we endeavour to bring about a peaceful living experience for our residents. This includes keeping noise well within acceptable levels and avoiding disturbances. We have recently observed children gathering at tower lobbies for playtime, running, shouting, and using skates in the area, resulting in noise and commotion. We take this opportunity to remind you that the building lobbies and corridors are not a play area. Instead, we encourage our younger residents and families to use the designated community spaces such as outdoor kids’ play areas and sports courts for related activities. In the interest of each resident living in the community, it is important that we respect each other in order to have a peaceful and stress-free environment. Please treat this as a friendly reminder to educate children and nannies accompanying younger residents to avoid further inconvenience to the community residents.
