Riders must be 16 years or above. Riders must wear a protective helmet with appropriate gear, including knee bumpers and reflective clothing. Please use a powerful front light for night-time rides. Maintain a safe distance from other escooters and bicycles and do not block pedestrians or vehicles. While riding, do not carry anything that causes an imbalance or any passenger. Kindly observe the community rules and traffic laws. Do not forget to dismount at pedestrian crossings. Stunts/rash riding is prohibited. Park only in designated areas and do not block entrances and ramps. E-scooters are not allowed at any amenities. The use of three-wheeled scooters and seated scooters by residents are prohibited in the community.
