Temporary Closure of Al Qudra Roundabout Ref: AAF/AR/2257/0222 15 February 2022 To all residents of Arabian Ranches, Arabian Ranches II, Polo Homes & Reem Dear Resident, This is to notify you of the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge, organized in cooperation with RTA, Dubai Police, Dubai Sports Council and the UAE Cycling Federation, taking place on Saturday, 19 February 2022. As part of the race, participating cyclists will be passing the roundabout located between Arabian Ranches and Arabian Ranches II. The cycle tour will culminate at Dubai International Stadium. Please see attached route map for your reference. During this period, we recommend that you plan your travel well in advance as traffic is expected to be slow from 09:00 AM until 10:00 AM. Please note that every effort is being made in coordination with the local authorities and Emaar Security Group to ensure smooth traffic and minimal disruption. Traffic and road closures will be controlled by the local authorities, Emaar Security Group, and community security teams that will be on ground in case of any emergency.
