The concept of this design s to create different textures in each building, having their own unique des gn that reflects the different purposes of each department This is ach eved by position ng sunshad ng devices and louvers into interesting or geometric shapes These textures create a feeling of expression, movement, and dynamism
Creative m nds in the campus should have a facility reflecting what they stand for Since the users of this campus are architecture, industrial, and vocational students, these are users that are most nterested with having an innovative campus They need a facility that is al gned with their passion of inventive th nk ng and originality where the architectural design becomes a l ving
The use of varieties of wood textures is incorporated throughout the building’s exterior and nterior Wood is a nice texture for school interors since it adds warmth and natural beauty to the space, creatng a calming and inviting atmosphere that enhances comfort and focus Addtionally, its durabilty and properties help to reduce noise levels and provide a timeless aesthetically pleasng envronment conducive to learning The louvers from the exterior creates a sensoral experience inside the space becauseoftheuniquelghtingcomngin
Large windows were used n the archtectural design of the rooms to max mize natural ight and create a sense of openness, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces

The design has light wood finishes as well as neutral colors to create a soft texture and feel throughout the un ts This promotes a sense of warmth and relaxation that improves user experience and comfort The nterior balance both practical ty as well as aesthetic appeal that will make the users feel that the space is personal and cozy
LEGAZPI-URDANETA HERITAGE PARK

Description
The Legazp -Urdaneta site within Intramuros honors Miguel López de Legazpi and Andrés de Urdaneta for their contributions to Spanish colonization and religious missions Desp te its historical sign f cance, the site is underutilized and lacks modern amenities Redeveloping t into a recreational park can enhance visitor engagement wh le preserving its heritage value
Responsibilities
In this project, I was the ma n lead for des gning the overall shape and landscaping for the pathways - This was done through SketchUp I was also the one who rendered the model through Lumion
In th s park redesign open green spaces and playful zones encourage movement and explorat on rather than pass ve wa ting In collaboration, these curved pathways and landscaped mounds create a dynamic experience for v s tors, leading them toward the monuments
Softscapes and art installations are spatially placed in such a way as to create visual textures and continue a flow that assures that the park shall be a cultural destination rather than a resting spot

The main insp ration of th s design were the veins and organic shapes that can be seen in the human body The motif seen in the hospita is its exterior and facade that shows this organ c frame that surrounds the building
The color scheme of the exterior is white brown and b ue that together create a harmonious and earthy or natural feel for ts users The blue symbolizing calmness while the brown symbolizing stability and warmth
The light ng of the space is natural having all inpatient rooms to have natural ight and vent lation The shadows in the space enhances depth and the shape of the space
