This month marks Elysian Destination Properties' 1st anniversary! We're incredibly grateful for your trust and partnership over the past year. It's been an amazing journey filled with growth, innovation, and exceptional results.

Market-Leading Performance

AirDNA data confirms that Elysian ranks #1 in Average Daily Rate (ADR) among Winter Park property management companies. We're proud to achieve an ADR that's 16% higher than the #2 company and a remarkable 94% higher than the #4 ranked company.

Guest Recognition

50% of our homes have been designated as "Guest Favorites" on Airbnb, a testament to the exceptional experiences we create for your guests.

Global Excellence

Two of our properties have been recognized in the top 10% of all Airbnbs in the world, showcasing the quality and appeal of your homes on a global stage.

Exciting Developments on the Horizon

Strategic Partnerships

We're in the final stages of securing partnerships with Ski.com, Winter Park Resort, and several luxury travel concierge companies. These collaborations will expand our reach and attract a new segment of high-end guests to your properties. We anticipate these partnerships to be fully operational by summer 2025.

Enhanced Guest Experience

We're making a significant investment in upgrading our smart home management and guest messaging systems. This transition will streamline communication, provide easier access to upsells and trip extensions, and offer embedded "how-to" videos in the guest portal. We expect this upgrade to be completed by mid-April, further enhancing the guest experience and maximizing your revenue potential.

How to Read Reports:

1st-page impressions: Search impressions are the number of distinct people who saw your listings on the first page of search results

Clickthrough: A click-through” happens when a user goes from seeing the listing on the search results page and then clicks to go to your listing.

Conversion Rate: conversion rate is the average daily number of distinct visitors who viewed your listing in search and then booked.

Listing Views: Number of visitors to your listing page.

Wishlist: Wishlist additions is the average number of times your listings are added to guest wishlists.

Green Upward Arrows: Areas where the listing is overperforming.

Red Downward Arrows: Areas where the listing is underperforming and improvement is needed.

We use this information to identify the stages where optimization for your property is needed.
