This presentation was created by Elyas Almadani, a Saudi architect and professional athlete.
My journey began in 2016 as a competitive athlete while studying at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
After graduating, I pursued a career in architecture, specializing in high-rise real estate developments.
Combining my dual passions—sports and design—I recognized a major gap in the market: Saudi athletes are regularly sent abroad for training camps, yet Saudi Arabia itself holds the potential to become a global destination for Olympic-standard preparation.
This realization sparked a vision: to position Saudi Arabia as a world-class hub for international training camps and sports tourism. I conducted deep market research and feasibility analysis, and this presentation is the product of that work—a blueprint for building the future of sports real estate in the Kingdom.
