ELVTE will create a customized instructional design template to equip Black tech job seekers and BPL staff with essential knowledge for career development and support Includes training modules and educational media focus on foundational strategies to foster an inclusive environment for Black women in tech, effectively address DEI challenges, and advocate for career success strategies that promote growth in the tech industry

ELVTE will develop custom solutions and workshops that foster collaboration between BPL staff and subject matter experts, empowering LevelUp members to thrive Through tailor-made materials, workshop agendas, AI-generated training modules, and accessible reading resources crafted by leading figures in Black tech, we will promote knowledge sharing and discussion Key areas of focus include AI basics, leadership training, networking strategies, and the impact of technology and AI on the Black community
