t the Elliott School’s U.S. Foreign Policy Summer Program, participants from the
United States and around the world study the complex factors that shape U.S. foreign policy. Taking full advantage of its location at the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs in downtown Washington, DC, the program features briefings at key institutions that influence U.S. foreign policy, as well as lectures and seminars by leading scholars and experts from government offices, think tanks, international organizations, nonprofit organizations, the media, and foreign embassies.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The U.S. Foreign Policy Summer Program will offer two, two-week courses in the summer of 2015. The programs, which are offered for academic credit or audit, feature core lectures by program director Dr. Kimberley L. Thachuk, GW faculty, and guest speakers from a wide variety of organizations.
Please see the program website for more information and to apply: http://usfpsp.elliott.gwu.edu. Graduates, professionals, and select advanced undergraduate students are invited to submit applications. The deadline is April 1, 2015 for Session One and May 8, 2015 for Session Two.
