St

Lucia’s iconic University

of Queensland (UQ) th celebrated its 100 Birthday with the celebrations shown in the picture of the cake cutting by three dignitaries from the university.

“Whilst its 100 years old, it is still very contemporary and up-to-date with the times”. Said Michael Zivic, President UQ Student Union.

This is a great achievement for the university and the St Lucia community as a whole. “UQ has touched the lives of many people who have perhaps never even thought about the university.” UQ ViceChancellor, Professor Paul Greenfield said.
