Manny Sarkis, Co-Founder and COO of the Sarkis Team in Boston, has leveraged his business background, real estate experience, and vast market knowledge to turn his company into one of Douglas Elliman’s top-performing teams in the country — with nearly $1B in sales since its inception.
Combining his Masters Degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMASS Amherst with his years of real estate experience, Manny has developed an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the industry, the Boston market, and the individual neighborhoods that make up the city and the suburbs surrounding it.
Manny’s extensive network is filled with prominent people inside and outside of real estate — and he delivers results for them with a mix of relevant data, unique insights, and human connection. Manny’s goal is to become a trusted real-estate-advisor-for-life for each and every one of his clients.
A native of Dedham and current resident of Westwood, when Manny isn’t working, he loves traveling, spending time with his wife and two daughters, and sitting courtside watching his beloved Celtics.

Since breaking into residential real estate in 2019, Roy Bahnam has amassed a track record that is a testament to his dedication, integrity, and passion for what he does. Recognized as a leading member of the Sarkis Team, Roy has served as lead on two of the team’s largest developments to date, 11 Taft Hill Terrace in Roslindale and 49 Melcher Street in Boston’s Fort Point. Roy has also been Douglas Elliman’s top rental agent — in both transactions and total rental revenue — for the past two years. Additionally, Roy was recognized as the Sarkis Team’s MVP in 2021, an award given to the team member with the highest sales volume.
Roy works with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors and has a keen eye for opportunity and an unwavering commitment to serving as a trusted advocate for his clients.
