The physical Dynamics of Arnavutkoy arnavtköy’ün fiziki Dinamikleri As a newly emerging sub region of the Istanbul metropolitan area Arnavutkoy represents both challenges and opportunities in one scale.

Future goals of the national government and metropolitan municipality instigate a development pressure on the region and also threat the extensive ecologic values (forests, agricultural areas and water reservoirs) of the region at the same time. İstanbul’un yükselmekte olan bir alt bölgesi olarak Arnavutköy, kentsel fırsatlar ve tehtidleri aynı ölçekte gözlemleyebileceğmiz bir ilçedir. Ulusal hükümetin ve İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin gelecek hedefleri bölgede bir gelişme baskısı yaratmakta ve aynı zamanda ilçenin zengin ekolojik varlığını tehtid etmektedir.
