Ellicottville Fitness is celebrating our one-year anniversary and we want to celebrate it in a big way! On Sept. 26, we will be hosting a free Zumba class at Core Performance, 55 Bristol Lane in Ellicottville at 6 p.m. sharp! We want everyone to have the opportunity to try out our Zumba class, celebrate our anniversary and have a ton of fun doing it! We will be doing giveaways for the first 25 people that join us and will also be doing door prizes at the end of class! We also don’t want this to just be any ordinary Zumba class. This will be a class like no other! However, we aren’t going to spoil all of the suprises! If you don’t want to miss out on the biggest most exciting Zumba class of WNY make sure you stop by on Monday, Sept. 26! Working out doesn’t have to be a chore. Ellicottville Fitness’s Zumba class is 60 minutes of exercise in disguise! You can burn anywhere from 500-1000 calories in just one hour and have a ton of fun while you are doing it. We are a judgment-free studio and welcome anyone and everyone to join, no experience necessary. Men— don’t think you’re not welcome! We encourage you to channel your inner Latin Prince and join us. Zumba has both aerobic and anaerobic benefits and can lower your risk for heart disease and lower blood pressure. What you need to know about your first Zumba class: Dress comfortably. Make sure your clothes are easy to move in and breathable. You are going to sweat and you are going to be hot! It doesn’t hurt to bring a towel either. Bring water. It’s so important to stay hydrated. Wear a pair of supportive fitness shoes (preferably with low tread) that will allow you to move and pivot easily. Come with an open mind. Be prepared to have fun. No one expects you to know all of the moves or even be in sync. Our only rule is to keep moving and smile here and there! Ditch the workout and join the party—Ellicottville Fitness’s Zumba class is guaranteed to make you sweat and smile! Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 9 a.m. at Core Performance. Discounted packages are available.

Peanuts Worldwide partner and one of the top 10 corn mazes in the United States. The designation as “one of the most sincere pumpkin patches in America,” is part of a national celebration of the 50th anniversary of the beloved animated film, It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. As an official partner, this year’s corn maze has a Peanuts theme, along with the WYRKFM Country 106.5 logo, which sponsors the maze. While navigating the maze, guests will be invited to play Peanuts Bingo. Each participant will get a Bingo card, and throughout the maze, there will be five stations with an icon to be scratched off the card. At the end of the maze, those who got Bingo can enter their card for a chance to win a trip for four to Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA.
Want even more Peanuts? Peanuts characters will be visiting Pumpkinville throughout the season, but the official corporate Snoopy character will be at the farm on Saturday, Sept. 24 and Saturday, Oct. 1. There will be backgrounds set up so you can have your photos taken with the characters, and visitors will have the opportunity to purchase tons of Peanuts branded merchandise celebrating the anniversary. A new attraction premieres this year as well. Welcome the Pumpkinville Express, a seven-minute train ride that will take riders around a portion of the farm. A track and a loading dock were built to accommodate the train. The loading dock has a drop off area for strollers and picnic tables. Looking for your old
