Winery of Ellicottville Takes Double Gold! By Caitlin Croft
The Winery of Ellicottville only continues to grow after seven years in business. Year after year, they continue to add new product line after new product line. I recently got a chance to speak with Beth Sheehy, who owns the winery with her husband, Sam. Sheehy tells me about their most recent recognitions from the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. The Sweetest Thing (one of their sweet red wines) earned a double gold medal, the highest distinction you can receive.
