As interest rates continued to climb, many real estate professionals struggled with lower demand and tightening budgets. But our team adapted quickly, staying ahead of the curve by providing clients with creative solutions, understanding the new financial dynamics, and leveraging our expertise to maintain a strong presence in the market. We refined our approach to pricing, financing options, and client communication, ensuring that we remained the go-to advisors during uncertain times. Your clients trust you. They depend on you.
The lawsuit brought against the National Association of Realtors (NAR) had a significant impact on commission structures across the industry. While the changes initially created some turbulence, our team not only weathered the storm but thrived in the new environment. By focusing on value-driven services and transparent client relationships, we proved that quality always rises to the top. We adapted to the evolving commission landscape, maintaining the trust of our clients while strengthening our reputation as true professionals. In the long run this lawsuit will help professionals like you make more money.
2025 was a year of growth and renewal for our team. We added several talented new members who brought fresh perspectives and new energy to our operations. Their expertise, combined with the established knowledge of our core group, has made us a stronger, more dynamic team. We also expanded into new neighborhoods, collaborated with new builders, and increased our network, providing our clients with a broader range of options and expertise.
Our expansion offices have been thriving, a testament to the foresight and strategic planning we put into expanding into new markets. As we start 2025, I just want to say thank you for all the hard work and great energy this past year. It’s been awesome seeing what we’ve accomplished together as a team! Cheers to another year of growth, success, and good times. Let’s make it our best one yet!
We are excited for the progress we have made with the lead manager position in 2024. We wanted to hone in on sources, systems, and sops. While there still are areas of growth things are starting to pick up and head into the right direction. As for closings starting July 2024 we saw several closings from realtor.com, stealth team, zillow, and a couple walk ins/referrals! Leads that came in for 2024 were 1,051 from Easy Agent Pro facebook ads, Easy Agent Pro google ppc was 227, Zillow was 128, realtor.com 81, and our stealth team (KansasCity123.com) source included 1,506 total leads for 2024. The main things we worked on were lead sources to implement, what crm we were going to use for the database, and working on follow up system, drip campaigns, scripts for qualifying and disqualifying leads, action plans, and training. All areas are tasks that we will continue to tweak and get better with. Also working on systems/trackers to keep in touch with the agents we set the leads with as well as staying in touch with clients after point of sale.
We have some big goals for 2025. We want to help the team generate 50 closings throughout all markets totaling in $15,000,000 in sales volume at least. We will execute this by generating a minimum of 20 opportunities per month totalling at least 240 appointments for the year. We will track the progress and report to managers our progress. We plan on continuing to utilize follow up boss to its full potential. We have a company that is going to come in and provide top notch systems and action plans for more effective conversions and follow up. The sources we will use will be zillow, realtor.com, facebook/google, zbuyer (seller lead source), and espresso agent for expireds and for sale by owners. We will re-evaluate at the 6 month mark to see if we need to subtract or add any sources. Training will also be a top priority and will have 4 live trainings per week with the coaching platform we have invested in that will teach mindset, skills, and systems. In 2024, 37 agents completed RET Training across the KC Metro and Lake of the Ozarks sessions. The Spring into Prospecting Bootcamp had over 30 participants, with congratulations to Makayla Mairet for securing the #1 spot.
Currently, the Fall Back to Prospecting Bootcamp is underway with more than 25 participants, set to finish in February.
The bootcamp has seen great participation and has been a lot of fun, with more to come in future sessions though no dates are scheduled just yet.

I can’t believe we are already a month into 2025 and celebrating everything 2024! 2024 was a year of looking into what we can do for our clients and agents in expansion. Our expansion offices hosted many client events, offered great training sessions, and had some fun team bonding. Our favorite highlights will always be the new faces we added to our team. In 2025 we are looking to continue to expand our client services but we are also focusing on growing our existing offices. Iowa wrapped up the year with our fall client event at one of our View Homes completed homes. We had two photographers taking family photos and the event was a huge success! December brought a fun team secret santa gift exchange with lunch to kick off the holiday season. Our team added some fantastic new agents in 2024, and we can't wait to grow in 2025! We really feel it is going to be an amazing year in Iowa!
