Wednesday After being picked up from home we enjoy our outward journey to the Trouville Hotel, Bournemouth. Dinner this evening is followed by live entertainment.

Christmas Eve A free day in Bournemouth to complete your last minute gift shopping. A hot & cold buffet lunch is served at the hotel between 12:30pm & 2:00pm. At 2:30pm there will be a cabaret with tea/coffee and mince pies. A Bucks Fizz Reception is followed by Dinner and an evening of live entertainment & dancing.

Christmas Day Merry Christmas. Have a go at guessing the weight of the cake in reception. After a leisurely morning a Traditional Christmas Lunch with all the trimmings will be served.

During the afternoon there will be chance to watch the Queens speech followed

by Christmas Cake and tea/coffee and a movie. This evening there will be a Chef’s Gala Buffet Dinner and live entertainment.

Boxing Day Following breakfast our coach is available for a morning excursion to blow away the cobwebs! A buffet lunch is served from 12:30pm followed by tea/coffee, mince pies and bingo. Following dinner this evening there will be live entertainment.

The ‘popular’ Doric Hotel have not yet finalised their 2015 Christmas Programme and therefore the one below is the 2014 programme, although they should be very similar.

Christmas Eve After being picked up from home we enjoy our outward journey to The Doric Hotel. Enjoy a Welcome Reception in the Cumberland suite and meet the owners of the hotel, the Taylor family, Management and Staff of the Doric Hotel. Dinner will be served in the Restaurant followed by Bingo and live entertainment.

Christmas Day Following breakfast there will be Festive Tunes and Merry Melodies with T.C. Trev in the Cumberland Suite –Father Christmas will also pay a visit this morning. There will be a Drinks Reception prior to a Traditional Christmas Lunch being served with a glass of wine, compliments of the hotel. This afternoon don’t miss The Queen’s Christmas Day Speech and enjoy a mince pie together with a warming glass of Sherry followed by bingo, fun & laughter. This evening there will be a Grand Gala Buffet followed by Dancing and live entertainment.

Boxing Day After breakfast join in and cheer on your favourite with a morning of horse racing, music and laughter. Christmas Day ‘Merry Christmas’. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and if you’ve been good this year Santa may have a gift for you! After being picked up from home we enjoy our outward journey making a suitable stop en-route to Llandudno and on to The Tynedale Hotel. A warm welcome awaits you in the bar whilst the hotel staff take care of your luggage and you enjoy afternoon tea and hot mince pies. A glass of Sherry and ‘designer’ canapés are served prior to evening dinner – a fabulous four course meal with hats, streamers and party poppers.

Following dinner there is an evening of entertainment in the Café Bar. And then at 11:00pm you can indulge in the complimentary finger buffet to end your day.

Tuesday: Following breakfast our coach will take you on a morning excursion to explore the Snowdonia region. At 4:00pm back at the hotel there will be complimentary afternoon tea followed by their traditional haggis rolling competition. ‘Happy Hour’ at the bar takes place between 5:00pm & 6:00pm this evening followed by a candlelight dinner and entertainment in the Café Bar. Itinerary: Saturday : After being picked up from home we enjoy our outward journey as we make our way to Oxford, where we spend some free time. Famous for its prestigious Oxford University, the city is home to its 38 colleges whereby many notable scholars have emerged. There are many Oxford tourism hotspots like museums, many of which are free, as well as some quaint cafes and tea rooms. Following some free time here we continue our journey to Bracknell and on to The Coppid Beech Hotel. Evening Meal at the hotel.

Sunday: Following breakfast this morning we travel to nearby Ascot Racecourse for a great combination of jump racing with an array of Christmas Gift Stalls throughout the Grandstand for Racegoers to enjoy between the racing.

The event has a real Christmas feel about it. Whilst here we also enjoy a ‘Behind the Scenes’ Tour of this famous racecourse to complete this Christmas Shopping Experience with a difference!

We return to the hotel in time for our Evening Meal.

Monday: After breakfast this morning we make our way to Windsor. On arrival we take a 40 minute cruise along the Thames, upstream to Boveney Lock and return, with views of Windsor Castle, Eton College, Mill House, Windsor Racecourse and Brocas Meadows. Following the cruise we enjoy some free time in Windsor to explore before making the journey home.

All of the bedrooms at the hotel are quintessentially English in style with en-suite facilities, satellite TV, trouser press, iron & ironing board, hairdryer and tea/coffee makers. The hotel offers a restaurant, bar & pub. Sorry no lift but some ground floor bedrooms may be available. The bedrooms at the hotel are situated on the ground & first floor.

Itinerary:

Sunday: After being picked up from home we enjoy our outward journey making suitable stops en-route to The Copthorn London Gatwick Hotel. Dinner is served at the hotel this evening.

Monday: This morning we visit the Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells, with its elegant streets and Georgian buildings and famous Pantiles, a colonnaded shopping area in the town centre. We return to the hotel in time for lunch and time to relax before we leave in the afternoon for the Royal Albert Hall.

Please Note: Evening Meal is NOT included at the hotel tonight.

Following the concert the coach will transport you back to the hotel.

Tuesday: Following a leisurely breakfast this morning we leave the hotel and make our journey home.
