GUEST BOOK Dear Cherished Guest, It is, perhaps, beyond belief that I, Phileas J. Fogg,Esq. could have hosted so many of the brave, bold and beautif ul f ellows of this the Victorian age. Yet, here we are in the year of our Lord, 1883 - ten years after my journey around the world - and I find myself blessed to be able to reflect upon the many visitations to my humble residence of numerous famous folk of the highest esteem who have spent evenings with me indulging in jollity and free-flowing libations. I have always impressed upon my loyal manservant, Passepartout, the importance of exceeding expectations. Thus, not one, but two, or even three, special cocktails were tailor-made to the particular tastes of my most notable guests. For your libating pleasure, you will find inside the pages of this menu the details of these bespoke potations, each ascribed to the individual for whom they were concocted. I trust that you will find a personage with whom you f eel a natural affinity, and having selected your favourite guest, be able to hone in on your most preferred cocktail creation.
