With the rise of social media and how imbedded it is in society, the ages that children are exposed to social media is becoming lower and lower and its not just the viewrs that are getting younger but its the content creators themseleves.

Generation Alpha appear to be more naturally comfortable infront of the camera.With this rise of child influencers there has been an app made just for “kid talent”. Zigazoo is an online platform for children to create and participate in trending challenges.

-Ryan Kaji 35 million followers does pranks, toy reviews, science experiments and DIY hacks.

AI INFLUENCERS

In the last couple years AI influencers have been gaining more popularity for a number of reasons: they’re customisable so it can fit a certain target audiance or niche perfecrly. They are consistent with branding since they dont have the possibility to make mistakes or inconsistencies with opinions. They are limitless which means they can adapt to any oppotunity. They dont enage in controversy, while human influencer have emotions that get caught up in online backlash, AI influencers do not which avoids any controversy.

1950s WOMENS WEAR

The 1950s womens wear collections was all about emphasising shape. Following on from the late 40s, Christian Diors “new look” had that cinched waist look and full skirt which emphasesed the silhouette of the dress. As the decade progresses, the silhoutte moved towards narrow penicl skirts and fitted blouses which still defined the womens silhouette.

the goal was to have a feminine silhouette that reflected the role of the women which was to be the family caretakers and stay at women wives/ mothers. they did this by using:

As the decades have changed, the way in which women dress have changed. I think fashion has always reflected the social / politcal aspect of society which is why the standards of fashion has changed for women. Women are now able to work full time jobs so the need to look like a “stereotypical mother” is no longer a thing.
