SNOQUALMIE THE COMMUNITY

The Snoqualmie Valley is a fast-growing region. Once a rural area, the valley is now home to many people who choose to commute to jobs on the Eastside and Seattle. A sizeable percentage of the homeowners in Snoqualmie make up families with children. People flock to the area for the affordable housing prices and the beautiful scenic views

of the Cascades. The community was carefully planned to encourage social interaction between neighbors. A number of You-Pick farms in the valley offer opportunities to pick your own fresh fruit and vegetables. However, most people travel from miles away to shop at the North Bend Premium Outlets, stopping in Snoqualmie along the way. Additionally, visitors come to walk through the majestic Snoqualmie National Forest, one of the most visited forests in the country.
