A BOUTIQUE WATERFRONT EXPERIENCE

Kirkland is a vibrant waterfront community nestled just 5 miles North of Bellevue. Located on the shore of Lake Washington a stone’s throw from Seattle, Kirkland offers the conveniences of a big city with the personal feel of a small town. With over four miles of lakefront, not one inch of their stunning views is wasted. One can find plenty of recreational areas to go swimming, play beach volleyball, and kayak or canoe.

Thanks to Bridle Trails State Park, hikers and horseback riders can enjoy over 25 miles of forested scenery while enjoying their time outdoors. On a relaxing stroll from the beach to the quaint shopping areas, you can find boutique clothing stores, fantastic restaurants, and several wine bars. Most of Kirkland’s residential community sports a stunning view of the waterfront from the beach or on the hillside. From luxury condominiums to acresized, single-family lots in the Bridle Trails development, Kirkland has a variety of affordable family-oriented neighborhoods, where the spirit of community thrives.
