Mini Christmas Tree Festival

Some ideas to help you think of ways to make Christmas Trees that are different!

Mini Christmas Tree Festival 4th—11th December 2022 Recycling, knitting, a collection of ties or handkerchiefs, old brushes, cakes, egg cartons, papier-mâché … let your imagination run free!

Invitation to individuals, groups, classes, community organisations … anyone!

To begin to draw to a close the bicentennial celebrations of Kilbroney Parish Church we’re planning to hold a Mini Christmas Tree Festival.

Maximum height: one metre, no minimum height.

Materials: anything! (If the tree needs lights these should be battery operated).

Shape: Christmas Tree shape.

Theme: Celebration!

The photographs on the back are to spark your imagination … be creative and imaginative!

If you’d like to submit an entry please let us know by email with some information about the design with your name or that of the organisation, and, if children, the names and ages of the participants.

This means we can produce a list of the trees in the exhibition. We need that information at the latest by 17th November.

Important dates Let us know before 17th November if you plan to enter a tree .

Bring your tree to Kilbroney Parish Church on Thursday 1st December or Friday 2nd December. Church open between noon and 5.00 pm.

Festival 4th—11th December Opening hours announced later.

Collect your trees 2nd and 3rd January 2023
