The motion of these wings is accomplished by a set of gears with a smooth operation like the movement of a fine timepiece.

The gears alternate in finish, and they operate three elliptical glass wings supported by arched metal arms. Three glass wings glide out to expand the table. The base of the table is cast in soft white concrete with a fine basketweave texture. Coordinating end tables are also available.

The Ellipse cocktail table features two oval tempered glass tops set over a soft white tinted concrete base. This base has a fine basketweave texture that softens the industrial modern design. When closed, the tops are superimposed over one another in a simple oval shape. Gently move one of the tops and the other will revolve in the opposite direction to expand the table. The fluid motion of these tops is accomplished by a set of gears with a smooth operation like the movement of a fine timepiece. It is in the beauty and precision of these gears that the true value of the table is revealed.
