This paper is divided into two parts, the first, more theoretical, focused on the historical analysis of skiwear, describes and analyzes the contribution made by major fashion designers, such as Michèle Rosier, Pierre Cardin, André Courrèges and Emilio Pucci; the second part, more empirical, researches the links between the sportswear of the time taken into analysis and today’s sportswear.
