Get ready for an exhilarating onsite event.

Our Group CEO Søren P. Olesen, will set the scene unveiling the strategic direction given by our owners, painting a picture of STARK’s future, and elucidating how we, in Group IT, contribute to this vision.

Our own Pernille Geneser will dig one step deeper and provide an in-depth look into the Group IT organisation’s foundational principles that underpin our work.

Adding to the morning’s excitement, external speaker Mads Herschend will offer valuable insights into fostering team psychological safety and elevating our collaboration.

The afternoon is all about choice and engagement, with three distinct workshops that promise to be as informative as they are interactive. On the following pages, you can read a short brief on each workshop. Your job is then to prioritise the workshops in the order you find them most interesting.

Our minds full, we’ll kick off the evening mixing things up with a teambuilding event designed to blend fun with the opportunity to mingle – and the opportunity to secure an important point in the competition that will go down during the evening!
