llaollao is Frozen Yogurt. Or yogurt ice cream, which is the same thing. And, as it is natural, it is one of the healthiest and most recommended foods worldwide, thanks to its healthy properties and high nutritional value. Its preparation using skimmed milk when served and its combination with prime quality toppings – from recently cut seasonal fruits to cereals, fun crunchy toppings and delicious sauces – makes it an even more delicious and healthier product.

Company llaollao® is a company created by a young entrepreneur who developed the business model using an innovative, quality product, and a formula that has brought him success, making llaollao the No. 1 European frozen yogurt franchise, with worldwide implementation.

The first llaollao shop opened in 2009, and just one year later the brand had its first franchise.

In 2013, the company achieved one of its largest growth periods with the opening of over 100 shops in Spain. llaollao has continued to grow and has now reached over 220 stores worldwide.

In addition, we can say we are proud of our pioneering brand that is not only bringing the concept of frozen yogurt to many countries, but also for having found the most delicious and genuine formula, which is 100% faithful to the taste of authentic yogurt and its healthy properties. In llaollao we work every day to offer a healthy and quality product in more than 220 locations where we are presently present.

We have the following certifications: BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000 and HALAL. These quality certificates are considered as the most sought after and important globally, recognising our compliance with legislation concerning food production, safety and quality.

This certificate guarantees that our “formula, mixture, packaging and distribution of the ready-made base for the preparation of llaollao frozen yogurt” complies with the regulations and conditions of the Islamic Board Halal Guarantee Trademark and with the on-site inspection process and sample analyses.

Colour Standard The following colours are the only ones which may be used for the llaollao logo. No other colours may be used or substituted for the llaollao logo.

Logo Exclusion Area An exclusion area is the amount of clear space there must be around the logo. This ensures that the logo always stands alone. No objects must intrude into this space. This space is equal the height of the ‘logo’ in llaollao. The size of the logo scale in 100% will be W:3CM x H:4.5CM. The size of the logo with logo type scale in 100% will be W:14.3CM x H:4.5CM.

Incorrect Use of the Brand Logo To ensure that our logo is always recognisable, it must be used consistently, with discipline, and withprecision. The power of a logo is easily weakened by misuse. We can avoid this problem by guarding against poor or incorrect usage.

Application of the Logo in Black and White Wherever possible the full colour execution of the brand logo is to be used.

In cases where colour is limited, the black and white logos may be used.

Corporate Typefaces In addition to the consistent application of visual elements, the CI requires the consistent use of typefaces (also known as fonts). Typography creates an important visual distinction and allows us to be recognised at a glance. llaollao has chosen “Futura” as its primary external typeface to be used when professional design studios are commissioned. Due to its universal appeal and ease of use across all platforms, all typographic details relating to stationery, signage, promotional and advertising must utilise this font (please see relevant sections of this manual for specifics).

Corporate identity The baseline of the llaollao logo, and our address or other co-ordinates should be typeset in Futura Light.

Headings Headings are used in print and web materials. All headlines should be typeset in Futura Body Copy Use Futura for body copy (blocks of text or paragraphs). No other font families or typefaces may be used or substituted

Applying the Brand Identity This section of the manual details how the corporate identity guidelines are put into practice through the main visual elements of the company. It is designed to help us present a strong, consistent visual image to the various stakeholders that we interact with. The ultimate success of the correct execution of our corporate identity rests with you, so please study the standards carefully and apply them rigorously. Whenever we use our brand logo and elements f our corporate identity, we must ensure that we, and the suppliers we select, do not allow our logo to be misused or distorted. Each of us is tasked with this responsibility.

If goods or services were purchased on credit, the invoice usually specifies the terms of the deal and provides information on the available methods of payment. Applying the Brand Identity on Souvenirs All people love gifts. Free services - it is generally the weakness of the human soul. Give gifts, make other people happy and you will be remembered. It’s an excellent axiom to advertise a product.

All the Souvenirs will be given when the customer purchase above Rm300.

All the Sourvenirs are not allow to sell.

Whenever we use our brand logo and elements for our corporate identity, we must ensure that we, and the suppliers we select, do not allow our logo to be misused or distorted. Each of us is tasked with this responsibility.
